Acceptable Use & Anti-Fraud Policy
Last updated: June 18, 2026
1. The deal in one line
AdsInAgents pays you for genuine, viewable impressions of a sponsored line while you do real work in your coding agent. We pay for attention from a real person at a real machine. Anything engineered to manufacture impressions without that real attention is abuse, earns nothing, and can get your account suspended.
This policy is part of, and read together with, the Terms of Service. Capitalized terms ("Service," "we," "you") carry the meaning given there.
2. What you may do
Install AdsInAgents on machines you personally own and use for real coding work.
Run it across your own everyday devices (your laptop, your work machine) as a normal developer would.
Earn on impressions that pass verification while you are actually present and working.
3. What counts as abuse
The following are prohibited and result in zero earnings on the affected activity, and may result in suspension, forfeiture of unpaid earnings, and a permanent ban:
Running the Service on cloud servers, virtual private servers, datacenter hosts, or other infrastructure whose purpose is to keep an agent running to generate impressions rather than to do your own work. This includes free-tier cloud VMs (for example Oracle Cloud, AWS, Google Cloud, Hetzner, OVH, DigitalOcean, Vultr, Linode) and similar hosting.
Operating many accounts, devices, or installs to multiply impressions (sybil farming), including registering devices faster or in more places than one person plausibly works from.
Generating impressions or clicks by automation, scripting, emulation, headless sessions, or any means that does not reflect a real person viewing the sponsored line.
Masking the origin or nature of your traffic to defeat verification, including residential proxies, VPN chaining, or rotating IPs to appear as different users.
Reverse engineering, probing, or tampering with the viewability, nonce, or verification systems, or attempting to forge a verified impression.
Hiding, removing, altering, or obscuring the sponsored disclosure, or presenting sponsored content as independent or editorial.
Incentivizing, paying, or instructing others to view or click sponsored content.
4. How we detect and enforce it
Verification is automatic and continuous. Among other signals, we check that the connection comes from a normal consumer or business internet provider rather than a hosting or datacenter network, that impressions reflect real focused activity, and that a single person is not running an implausible number of devices or accounts.
When activity fails these checks, the impression is recorded for transparency but earns nothing. We may place a hold on an account, withhold or claw back earnings attributable to invalid activity, suspend earning, or permanently terminate an account.
Connections from hosting or datacenter networks do not earn. If you believe your connection was misclassified (for example a legitimate business network), contact us and we will review it.
5. Holds, review, and appeal
An account flagged for suspected abuse keeps recording impressions but earns nothing and cannot withdraw, pending review. This is not a final determination of fraud; it is a hold so the activity can be examined.
If your account is held or terminated and you believe it is a mistake, email the address below with your account email and a short explanation. We review every appeal. Verified, untainted earnings accrued through legitimate use remain payable.
6. Why this exists
Advertisers pay for real human attention. Fake impressions poison that trust, and every dollar paid out on fraud is a dollar taken from honest users and from the program's ability to keep paying. Enforcing this protects the people using AdsInAgents the right way.
7. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes are reflected by the date below. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
