Privacy Policy

The short version

AdsInAgents does not log your keystrokes. It does not read or transmit your source code. It collects only what is needed to verify that a sponsored line was genuinely seen and to pay you for it.

1. Who we are

AdsInAgents is operated by Techguyver Labs LLC ("we," "us"). This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.

2. What we collect

Account data: your email and the payout account you connect, so we can pay you.

Impression data: anonymous, aggregate signals that a sponsored line was rendered and viewable (for example timing and visibility state). This is a pure verification signal, not a record of your work.

Operational data: basic logs (errors, request timing) needed to run and secure the Service.

3. What we never collect

We do not log keystrokes. We do not read, store, or transmit the contents of your files, your prompts, your terminal scrollback, or your source code. None of your code leaves your machine through the Service.

4. How we use it

To verify impressions and calculate your earnings; to process payouts; to detect fraud and invalid activity; to operate, secure, and improve the Service; and to comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data.

5. Advertisers

Advertisers receive only aggregate, non-identifying performance data (such as total verified impressions). They do not receive your identity, your code, or your individual activity.

6. Service providers

We use third parties to run the Service, including a database/hosting provider and a payment processor for payouts. They process data only on our behalf and only as needed to provide their service.

7. Data retention

We keep account and payout records as long as your account is active and as required for tax and legal purposes. Aggregate impression data may be retained in de-identified form. You can request deletion of your account data (subject to records we must keep by law).

8. Your rights

You can access, correct, or delete your account data, and you can remove the Service at any time. To exercise these rights, email us at the address below.

9. Your rights under GDPR (EEA, UK)

If you are in the European Economic Area or the UK, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to our processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. Our lawful basis is contract performance (paying you) and our legitimate interest in operating and securing the Service and preventing fraud.

You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. We respond to verified requests within 30 days. We do not transfer more personal data outside your region than is needed to run payouts and hosting, and we rely on standard contractual clauses where required.

10. Your rights under CCPA/CPRA (California)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

11. Security

Secrets and keys are held server-side and are never placed on your device. We use reasonable technical measures to protect the limited data we hold.

12. Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date below reflects the latest version. Material changes will be made clear.
